Resources

We are very proud and thankful to be specified on such a regular basis by many of today’s leading architectural practices for our architect glass solutions and our continued success hinges on this fact. Therefore, our website is designed to help you easily specify our products as well as incorporate our standard details into your architectural drawings.

In-house Expertise

Our experienced design team works closely with architects to create bespoke solutions that not only meet but exceed expectations. By keeping all design work in-house, we ensure a seamless integration of ideas and technical specifications, leading to more innovative and practical glazing solutions. Our expertise in all of our proprietary glazing systems allows us to offer designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional.

Condition Survey Service

Our condition survey service is tailored to assist architects and specifiers at the pre-tender stage, providing invaluable insights into renovation projects. We offer both intrusive and non-intrusive surveying services, coupled with a comprehensive report that outlines compliance, solutions, specifications, budgetary requirements and the current condition of existing roof glazing systems. This service equips decision-makers with the necessary information to determine the correct course of action for their projects, ensuring efficient and effective renovation outcomes.

NBS H10 Specifications

Information on patent glazing, to assist specification writing can be found in the National Building Specification, NBS section H10.  Alternatively, we can offer you access to 28 of our own Microsoft Word templates below which contain information like the official format available from NBS.

All our patent glazing systems and skylight H10 specs can be downloaded from our downloads page for editing yourself with convenient drop-down lists to create your bespoke specification.  We would also be pleased to forward to you a completed H10 specification sheet upon your request.

Design Drawings

It is usually advisable to contact our Technical Department at the early design stages of a project in order to discuss your specific requirements for the patent glazing and to agree suitable interface details with the surrounding structure.

If you are willing to incorporate our standard details directly into your design drawings then we would be pleased to review any drawings you have created to confirm that they are a correct interpretation and point out any possible problems or offer further suggestions.

A wealth of guidance notes, drawings and examples of our work can be found by selecting the main menus at the top of any web page contained on this site. Find an overview of our five different glazing systems.

Alternatively if you know which patent glazing system you are interested in using on your project then please see our downloads to be directed to our massive library of AutoCAD, PDF and 3D drawings that are supplied with you in mind.
